According to the letter Afghanistan's Export Goods Cannot Be Produced Without a Banking License.

The Central Bank of Pakistan has instructed the country's customs not to allow Afghan exports without the "EIF" form from the beginning of the new week.

The Chamber of Commerce and Investment says that Pakistani banks do not provide this form to traders and if this Islamabad decision is implemented, Afghanistan's exports to Pakistan will be cut off.

Khanjan Alokozai, board member of the Chamber of Commerce and Investment, said: "If this issue is not renewed, our trade will be completely up to Pakistan and this issue is worrying and we want the Taliban to talk to Pakistan that this country for two "Appeal for three months."
