Central Bank: The Collection Of Old Banknotes Will Begin Soon

Officials of the Central Bank of Afghanistan say that the process of collecting 10 and 20 old Afghani banknotes and exchanging them with new banknotes will begin in the current solar month.
The central bank of Afghanistan published a newsletter on Wednesday, May 31, saying that the process of collecting these banknotes will begin on the 6 June of this year.
It is stated in the newsletter that all the central bank and commercial bank offices in the center and provinces are obliged to exchange old banknotes without commission based on the established method.
although, in recent months, the citizens of the country have always complained about the old Afghani banknotes.
