All money changers and sellers of monetary services in the country are obliged to observe the following:
Money changers and monetary service providers are obliged to refrain from carrying out the prohibited activities specified in Article 25 of the Regulation on the Activities of Money Changers and Monetary Service Providers, in particular, taking deposits and giving loans.
Money changers and money service providers are obliged to accurately identify all their customers, especially politically motivated persons, in accordance with Article 18 of the Regulation on the Activities of Money Changers and Money Service Providers, and report related transactions and suspicious transactions to the Transaction Analysis and Reporting Center.
