Ministry Of Urban Development: Decision To Build 130 Settlements In Kabul And Provinces

Hamadullah Nomani, head of the Ministry of Urban Development, says: These settlements will be distributed to government employees, whose money is paid monthly or annually from their salaries.
Hamadullah Noman says he has planned the construction and reconstruction of more than 130 settlements in Kabul and the provinces.
Hamadullah Nomani added that the settlements are expected to be distributed to government employees by the Taliban when the work is completed. These settlements are said to be built and rebuilt by some countries such as the UAE, Qatar and China.
The Ministry of Urban Development has also said that with the start of work in these towns, hundreds of people will be directly provided with jobs.
