Meanwhile, some investors talk about the lack of flights of large aviation companies in the process of transferring important commercial goods.
This week, the Taliban held intensive talks with high-ranking delegations from the two countries about handing over the country's airports to Turkey and Qatar.
The second deputy prime minister and other senior Taliban officials met with the Qatari special envoy, the Turkish ambassador and the technical group of the two countries to discuss aviation security, ground services and airspace services at the country's five airports.
The Ministry of Transport and Aviation says the Taliban have also reached a general agreement with the technical groups of Turkey and Qatar on aviation security, and the ministry's technical group is expected to travel to Doha next week to continue talks.
Imam al-Din Ahmadi, spokesman for the Ministry of Transport and Aviation, said: "There was a general agreement on 'aviation security' or aviation security, and it should be defined what kind of sections it is; "Its technical part must be advanced."
The Qatari Foreign Ministry also wrote on Twitter that the Qatari and Turkish delegations had two intensive two-day talks with the Taliban on the management of Kabul Airport.
The ministry said in a statement that the three sides had agreed to conclude another round of talks next week in Doha, Qatar.
