Da Afghanistan Bank: We Do Not Accept Pre-1996 And Old Dollars
According to Radio Azadi, the Afghanistan bank doesn't accept the pre-1996 Dollar Banknotes, the torns one, glued, or partially destroyed ones, burned, or lost one of its security features.
According to the newsletter, US dollar-denominated banknotes issued after 1996, with no such damage, can be rotated and are acceptable to all banks, exchange offices and monetary service providers.
