Antonio Guterres: Afghanistan's Economy Is On The Verge Of Collapse, You Have To Send Cash To Save It
UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres says Afghanistan is in economic disarray and that cash should be sent to the country as soon as possible to save the situation.
