Newly Printed Afghan Bank Notes

The inspection committee of the Central Bank of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan says that the newly printed banknotes will arrive in Afghanistan in May of this year, corresponding to the middle of Taurus month of year 1402 AH.

Shah Mohammad Mehrabi, the head of the inspection committee of the Central Bank of Afghanistan, says that these money papers were printed by a French company and this process will continue in the coming months.

The head of the inspection committee of the Central Bank said: This French money printing company has promised to deliver the first package of Afghani banknotes in May 2023 and will deliver the rest of the banknotes in the last three months of this year.

 

Meanwhile, the Exchangers Union of Sarai Shahzade Kabul says that worn money has turned into a challenge for the transaction process in Afghanistan.
