Food Prices Have Risen Due To A Strike By Transport Companies

Transport companies say they have been on strike for some time due to insecurity and extortion on highways, and have closed some roads.

during the strike by transport companies and the closure of roads, the prices of food and other goods in Kabul have risen sharply.

A bag of flour in the capital markets has reached about two thousand afghanis (400 afghanis increase) and a kilogram of gas has reached more than ninety afghanis (forty afghanis increase).

The price of oil and some other essential commodities has also risen sharply.
