Italy Contributes $ 12 Million To Humanitarian Aid Fund For Afghanistan

Italy has contributed $ 12 million to the Afghanistan Humanitarian Aid Fund, says OCHA, the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.
While millions of Afghans are at a critical juncture, the money is being spent on humanitarian aid and saving lives.
According to UN figures, more than half of Afghanistan's population needs humanitarian assistance.
