ACCI: Afghan Dry Fruit Exports Surged Up
Afghanistan's dried fruit exports have reached $ 1 billion this year, according to the Chamber of Commerce and Investment
Afghanistan's dried fruit exports, worth more than $ 450 million, will go abroad in 2021, says the Chamber of Commerce and Investment.
The head of the Chamber of Commerce and Investment, Mohammad Younes Momand, said that more than 140,000 tons of dried fruits were exported from Afghanistan last year, and that traders had a good income through this.
"We exported more than $ 400 million worth of dried fruit, and the total export reached one billion and eighty million," said Mohammad Younes Momand.
Meanwhile, the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Nuruddin Azizi, says that the export of Pine nut through the air corridor to China and through land routes to Pakistan and Uzbekistan has also increased this year.
