Moving files to restore frozen crypto to wallet users
Crypto lender BlockFi has petitioned the US Bankruptcy Court to return the cryptocurrency in BlockFi wallets to users.
Bankrupt crypto lending structure BlockFi has filed a petition in US Bankruptcy Court to allow its users to withdraw digital assets currently locked up in BlockFi wallets.
In a petition filed Dec. 19 with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, the lender asked the court to uphold its authorization of customer withdrawals from wallet accounts when the platform was shut down on Nov. 10.
