Turkish Company Offers Islamic Emirate Of Afghanistan Production Of Rails In Exchange For Minerals

The Railway Administration on Friday (2 June) informed that a Turkish company offer a new proposal to  this office, it is said that Turkish iron company "Kardemir" has offered to create railways for Afghanistan in exchange for "minerals".


However, the nature of the "mineral material" requested in the railway construction is unclear, and the company has not yet rejected or confirmed the claim.


Meanwhile, the Railway Administration, publishing photos of the meeting of the Islamic Emirate’s department of the company, claimed that the company’s chairman had submitted a mineral proposal against railway construction to the Islamic Emirate.

 


The Islamic Emirate said it would submit the proposal in Kabul.


On the other hand, last Thursday, the 31st meeting of the Middle East section of the International Railways Union with Turkish hosts was held in Istanbul, and the Islamic Emirate Railway Administration also participated in it.


The meeting was also attended by the heads of Iran, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and other countries in the region.
